How Fast Can an Orgainsation Become Customer Centric?

In these testing times I think there must be a key question on business leaders minds, which is:

If being customer centric improves my customer engagement and reduces cost, how fast can I achieve it?

My view:

Green shoots in 30 days.

Sustain improvement in customer engagement and reduced costs in 100 days.

Aligned with the customer and agile enough to keep changing and delivering significant on going benefits in 1 year.
