Simple Truth - no matter how good we might think we are at dealing with customers now, we can only be all we need to be for our customers if we rethink ourselves.
Generally, and I think this is a very useful guideline to bear in mind, when our personal lives or company lives are difficult we tend to act in a more selfish way, but on the whole we are more likely so solve our problems if we become less selfish and focus more on the agenda of other people.
