I am pleased to say that I am in the final editing stage of my second book 'People Centricity'. The new book takes the thinking in 'The Customer Centric You' a lot further and sets out how it can be used as a guide to steer you though everyday life and how to relate and interact with people close to you and those you meet in your day to day life.
I have already had one publish who is keen to review the book but my literary agent wants to talk to a few others. If you interested in publishing the book do let me know.
